Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long do I have to take Alpha PSP?
A: It is recommended that for optimal results, patients who are chronically ill should take Alpha PSP for at least 90 consecutive days, 3 times a day before each meal. Whether or not a patient should continue with Alpha PSP after that would depend on the evaluation of his or her health condition by his or her doctor. If further improvment is required, the patients will be advised to continue taking Alpha PSP.

Q: May Alpha PSP be used with Alzheimer's disease patients?
A: A study performed by Dr. Sayan Sawastri, an Associated Professor from Emory University, School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. and his staff investigated the neurotrophic and neuroprotective action of Alpha PSP in PMK Research Institute, Bangkok, Thailand. They discovered that when in vitro neuron cells were subjected to three of the most prominent and potent neurontoxins including beta-amyloid, glutamate and hydrogen peroxide in the brain, there was massive cell destruction and death. However, when Alpha PSP was introduced into the medium, neuron cells, a certain degree of regeneration of the dendrites and axons was also apparently evident.

Results of these analysis demostated that the main active ingredients of Alpha PSP signinficantly decreased neuronal cell death, a cellular marker of memory formation. Alpha PSP may also prevent impairment of glucose/energy metabolism and may improve the ability of neurons to reduce the levels of free radicals and affect ATP levels. The overall results of this study could demonstrate the cellular mechanisam of Alpha PSP on cognitive function and a possible intervention in Alzheimer's disease. More

Q: Is Alpha PSP good for illnesses-afflicted individuals?
A: Yes, Alpha PSP is designed to restore healthy by naturally enhancing the cellular rejuvenation process, so that when body cells become healthier, they will in turn stimulate the body's immune system to function effectively. It is this immune system that is responsible for triggering the body's natural healing power to work against sicknesses. It is actually the body's natural healing power that is a miracle in healing our body against all sicknesses, if it is properly triggered.

Q: How should I take Alpha PSP and how often?
A: Once a day before breakfast for maintenance. 3 servings a day before each meal for chronically ill individuals. Sprinkle each serving (5 g) onto any drink, liquid food, soup, or salad and drink or eat with a spoon after mixing. Best is to mix with 4-5 oz of wart to hot water, tea or coffee and sip slowly.

Q: Can healthy people take Alpha PSP?
A: Alpha PSP is particularly valueable to individuals whose bodies are subjected to more than the usual "wear and tear." That includes those who excercise regularly, and those who are exposed to environmental stress in today's modern life style society.

Q: Will I gain weight from taking Alpha PSP or instance porrigde powder?
A: 5g of Alpha PSP contains only 20 kcal. 30g of insteance porrigde powder contains only 110 kcal.

According to www.webmd.com, some foods that we think are healthy can be sneaky little diet wreckers. University of Pittsburgh nutritionist Leslie Bonci, MPH, RD, shares a few of these "food frauds," starting with Caesar salad. Just a small bowl has 300-400 calories and 30 grams of fat, thanks to loads of dressing.
That "healthy" berry blend at a smoothie shop can have a whopping 80 grams of sugar, 350 calories, no protein, and often, no fresh fruit. Fruit "concentrates" are often used instead of fresh fruit. And sorbet, ice cream, and sweeteners can make these no better than a milkshake.
It's tempting to choose "reduced-fat" milk in a latte and reward yourself with whipped cream on top. Sadly, this trade-off still adds up to 580 calories and 15 grams of saturated fat in a 20 ounce white chocolate mocha. That's worse than a quarter-pound burger with cheese.
The antioxidants in iced tea don't make it a health food. Too much added sugar can turn a tall glass into a health hazard. A 20-ounce bottle can have more than 200 calories and 59 grams of sugar.
Cabbage can be dandy for weight loss, but cole slaw can be a diet disaster. At one popular restaurant, a small cup (4.5 ounces) has 260 calories and 21 grams of fat — a third of most people's daily limit — thanks to copious mayonnaise.
